Employee Spotlight—Ian Drain, Service Shop Dispatcher

Ardmore Toyota feels that building a team that puts our clients first is the key to success. That's why we appreciate each member of our Toyota family and want to recognize one special member this month: Ian Drain. 

Ian has worked with Ardmore Toyota for an astonishing 22 years and currently works as our Service Shop Dispatcher. He works to keep our service center running smoothly, and providing efficient, high-quality work on all of our clients' cars. He's lived in the Ardmore area his entire life and attended Lower Merion High School and ATC. Being an Ardmore native, of course, his favorite sports team is the Philadelphia Eagles.

When Ian isn't working, he enjoys beer, bourbon, cigars, and gardening. You might catch him enjoying a meal at his favorite local restaurant, Felicia's Pizza Kitchen, or enjoying a drink at a local brew cafe. 

Ian currently drives a 2004 Lexus RX330 and his dream car is a Porsche Carrera 4S. Speaking of dreams, Ian hopes to visit Portugal one day to enjoy the food, culture, and environment.
